Lovely hotel, central location on a quiet street. Fantastic front desk staff. Very nice and clean room with plenty of space. Perfect for romantic getaways. We felt very welcomed with our toddler. Good location with free parking. the spa is nice and open from 8am to 8pm. Included breakfast is lovely.
Felt like in a fairy, nothing to complain about.

The venue is perfectly clean, with top location really close to public restaurants, museums, bars and restaurants, and Veliko Tarnovo, the citadel. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is tasty. The service is great, includes private parking;)))

I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel And Spa Tsarevets for a few nights and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's receptionist was friendly and helpful, guiding me to choose the perfect room from the available options. The room itself was spacious and offered a lovely view. The hotel's modern and clean design, along with its well-furnished interiors, added to the overall pleasant ambiance. The use of sensor lights in the common areas and bathroom was a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the convenient location allowed me to easily explore nearby attractions such as Tsarevets Fort, museums, bars, and restaurants. The comfortable bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had a fantastic time at this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and just steps away from the biggest sights in the city. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, providing excellent service from start to finish. The room was top-notch, with luxurious amenities such as a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bed and the carpeted floor to the free toiletries and electric kettle. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of comfort and convenience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury stay.

The hotel had a great location, just a stone's throw away from the historic fortress. We loved being able to explore the area easily. the rooms were very luxurious and well-furnished, with comfortable mattresses that made for a fantastic night's sleep. the coffee at breakfast was top-notch, and the breakfast itself was delicious and satisfying. a great experience.
There were a couple of downsides. the cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, and the staff could have been friendlier.

My New Year's stay was excellent! the hotel offered complimentary wifi and a fantastic breakfast buffet with a variety of foods every morning. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated within walking distance of the citadel and other attractions. the spa was also a great feature with a relaxing jacuzzi and clean saunas. the best part was the large comfortable beds that made sleeping away from home a breeze.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big and cozy bed. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. One of the best aspects of our stay was the spa facilities, which were small but lovely, and we had it all to ourselves for half an hour.
The breakfast had very limited selection and was only available for a short time frame. , if you're a light sleeper, make sure to ask for a room on the quieter side of the hotel, as the street noise can be quite loud.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and well trained, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The hotel had excellent cleanliness standards, providing us with beautifully arranged rooms that were spotlessly clean. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. We loved the fact that the hotel had an underground car park and a well-maintained terrace that offered great views of the surrounding area.
Nothing, all was good.

Absolutely incredible hotel in an awesome location! The staff were mind-blowingly helpful and friendly. The room was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Even though parking was full, we found free spots nearby. Perfect for romantic trips and they welcomed us with our toddler. The SPA facilities were great, although the sauna wasn't working. The rooms were tastefully furnished and within walking distance of a fortress. We had a jaw-droppingly good time!

The hotel is located in a great spot, just a short walk away from the fortress and some nice restaurants in the old town. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed, and the bathroom was nicely designed. The delicious breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacks adequate parking options, with very limited space available that can be difficult to maneuver in.
